# 카페24

카페24는 센드맨에서 몰 ID를 입력한 뒤 카페24 로그인을 진행하면 연동할 수 있습니다.

## 연동 방법

1. 센드맨에서 **설정 → 플랫폼 연동**으로 이동합니다.
2. **카페24**를 선택합니다.
3. 몰 ID를 입력한 뒤 **로그인** 버튼을 눌러주세요.
   * 쇼핑몰 주소에서 `https://[몰 ID].cafe24.com`에 해당하는 부분이 몰 ID입니다.
   * 예시:
     * 쇼핑몰 주소가 `wowstore.cafe24.com`인 경우 → 몰 ID = `wowstore`
     * 쇼핑몰 주소가 `ideashoppangpang.cafe24.com`인 경우 → 몰 ID = `ideashoppangpang`
4. 카페24 로그인과 권한 동의를 완료하면 연동이 끝납니다.

연동이 완료되었어요 🎉

## 팁: 주문할 때 꼭 이메일 또는 전화번호를 입력하도록 만들기

카페24 주문에서 이메일이나 전화번호가 비어 있으면 센드맨이 메세지를 보낼 수 없습니다. 카페24 판매자센터에서 주문 시 입력 항목을 필수로 설정해 주세요.

1. 카페24 판매자센터에 접속합니다.
2. **쇼핑몰 설정 → 주문 시 설정** 메뉴로 이동합니다.
3. 휴대전화 또는 이메일 중 필요한 항목을 **필수**로 설정합니다.

구매자가 주문 시 반드시 이메일 또는 전화번호를 입력하게 되고, 센드맨은 해당 이메일 주소 또는 전화번호로 메세지를 발송합니다.
